2.1 To register and maintain an active Account on air123, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
2.2 air123 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
2.3 By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading eligibility information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.1 Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance.

3.4 Members are responsible for keeping their registration information up to date. Changes to name, address, bank details, or contact information must be communicated to Support promptly and may require re-verification.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. air123 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any member of Support requesting your password should be treated as a fraudulent contact.
4.2 You must notify Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. air123 will take all reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account.
4.3 All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and personal details modified — is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified air123 of a suspected security breach.
4.4 air123 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. Members who decline to activate 2FA do so at their own risk.
5.1 All deposits on air123 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold.
5.2 air123 accepts deposits via the following channels:
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 air123 does not impose deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.
5.5 Deposit funds are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment processor. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, you should contact Support with your transfer receipt.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Withdrawal requests are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your Account. Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will not be processed under any circumstances.
6.3 Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
6.4 Before a Member's first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter at air123's discretion — the Member must complete KYC verification as described in Clause 3 and the KYC Guide published on the Platform. Unverified withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
6.5 air123 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems unusual, high-value, or inconsistent with a Member's typical account activity.
6.6 Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the associated funds are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, system abuse, or a violation of these Terms.
7.1 air123 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

7.4 air123 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, provided that any such modification does not materially disadvantage Members who have already met the qualifying conditions for that promotion.
7.5 Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, or any other form of promotional manipulation — will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible permanent Account closure.
8.1 All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. air123 does not cancel or reverse bets placed in error by the Member, unless a manifest error or technical fault on air123's side is demonstrated.
8.2 In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, air123 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Balances. Winnings arising from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid.
8.3 All sporting event results are determined by the relevant governing body. In the case of disputes regarding outcomes, air123's decision — informed by official data providers — is final.
8.4 Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected outcomes to be correct for a payout to be made. Partial wins on a mix parlay are not awarded unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
8.5 Togel (traditional numbers lottery) markets follow the official draw results published by the respective draw organisers. air123's published draw results are final for settlement purposes.
8.6 Live betting (in-play) markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time based on match conditions. Bets accepted before a suspension are valid; bets attempted during a suspension will be declined.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the air123 Platform:
10.1 All content on the air123 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of air123 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of air123's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air123 excludes all liability for:

12.4 air123 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after verification, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.
13.1 air123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Upon Account closure for cause, air123 reserves the right to withhold the Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. Members found innocent of any breach will have their verified Balance returned via the registered payment method.
13.3 Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting Support. Upon verified closure, any remaining Balance will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14.1 air123 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via a notification displayed on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Account.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 13.3.

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air123 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
15.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of one party notifying the other in writing, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by air123 at the time of the dispute.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits air123's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent imminent harm to the Platform or its Members.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the air123 Platform is lawful in your location. air123 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any specific geographic location.
